Our Site offers two options to search for a home, one of the systems allows you to browse the MLS now and the other allows me to enter your criteria and send you updates the moment  there are changes in the MLS.  Also with me knowing what you looking for I may find out about the perfect property before it hits the  market.  There are hundreds of agents in the Prudential Network that share what they are doing daily.   There are  links to both search options  posted below.   I also solicit to a service that tracks Foreclosures  as they happen  This allows us to track the properties even before the bank assigns a agent to assist them sell the property.

There are also a links to a few lenders that are happy to pre approve you for a purchase.   I have worked with each of these lenders and find them to be very understanding of their clients.  In the market place today a good mortgage loan officer is vital, many (almost all) sellers require pre approval letter to consider your offer.
